Karley & Daniel are gazing into each other’s eyes during golden hour.

‘Welcome to our unplugged wedding’ the sign at the entrance read and that is just what Karley and Daniel’s wedding was. ‘I am so thankful for this man, he is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me and I know I don’t deserve him but I love him,’ said the bride before the ceremony. The couple hail from Alabama and wanted their wedding to be by the flowing waves because it best expresses their wild and free personalities and Karley being a photographer herself could appreciate the beautiful backdrop of the beach.

The ceremony was a stunning affair right by the harbor and the water with an altar decorated with the most sublime tropical flowers in bright, exuberant colors. The bride also had a gorgeous yellow lily in her hair! ‘Today I choose you, tomorrow I will again choose you and then make that choice for the rest of my life,’ said the bride in her vows as the groom looked at her with an adoring gaze. The vows were meaningful as long as the couple took their time to express their emotions in the presence of friends and family. As a Destin Beach FL wedding videographer, it was an honor to capture these precious moments on behalf of this great couple. The reception had many heartwarming speeches as seen in the wedding films and everyone wanted to say a toast to the happy couple and express what they mean to them. ‘I want to thank you for restoring her faith in love and showing her every day how much you care about her,’ said a bridesmaid. The dances at the reception were to die for as shown in the Destin Beach wedding video, some of them were salsa and traditional Spanish (part of the ceremony had also been in Spanish) and the couple shared a perfect first dance too amidst everyone cheering.

Daniel :

Dalton did a really great job with our video. He caught all the key moments that we wanted to be included. A super cool guy laid back.

Daniel :

Honestly, you can’t even tell that he’s getting the shots, because he makes himself so inconspicuous, so it’s like nobody even knows he’s there. He’s just a fly on the wall.

Daniel :

But anyway, thanks so much, Dalton. I appreciate everything that you did for us. And had a really great experience.

Karley:

We had a really great experience working with Dalton at Dalton Young Films. He initially, with me, communicated really well, and we had a destination wedding. So we weren’t actually in the area.

Karley:

A big thing for me was being able to effectively communicate with my vendors, and Dalton was always available to communicate.

Karley:

There were several times when I even asked for specific things or special moments that he called and talked to me about, to make sure that he could work it out, work it in, and do whatever he could to make those things possible. So, that was really important to me.

Karley:

He showed a lot of, both professionalism and that person that you want to be around, that makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel good. So, he wasn’t scared for uninviting.

Karley:

And we really had a good experience with him. Everybody at our wedding party said that he did a fantastic job. He was just making sure he was in different areas, capturing different moments throughout.

Karley:

And, of course, we saw our video, and I’m in love with it. I think our video was fantastic. So we want to thank you for that, Dalton.

Karley:

It was beautiful. We so enjoyed having you there. We even have the little gift that you gave us on our wedding day, in our living room, put up on shelves next to our mantle. So we have it there on a shelf.

Karley:

And that was a really unexpected thing, to receive that gift. But we do have that.

Karley:

We just had a great experience. Professionalism, high, communication, high, five stars all throughout. The video was beautiful. You got it to us even before your recommended timeframe that you have for giving people their video back.

Karley:

So, we got it back quicker than expected. It really captured all of the things that we really wanted it to capture. So, we thank you.

Karley:

I highly, highly recommend Dalton and Dalton Young Weddings for your wedding, and know that he will do a phenomenal job.

Karley:

I am a very Type A critical person, so very Type A, very organized, very structured, and fabulous. No qualms whatsoever. He did an amazing job. So, thanks again, Dalton. We really appreciate it.
