Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is one of the most luxurious venues in Panama City Beach and an excellent option if you’re planning a beach wedding. This resort has stunning gulf-front views and is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, which makes it perfect for a destination beach wedding.

Event Space and Capacity

This venue is diverse, has various indoor and outdoor event spaces, and accommodates ballroom, beach, waterfront, and hotel wedding settings. You can choose this venue for both your ceremony and your reception.

Their outdoor events spaces include the Lagoon Pool Deck and the Receiving Dock. Outdoor event spaces have a maximum capacity of 500 guests.

Their largest indoor space is the Grand Palm Ballroom which can host up to 1,500 people. Their other indoor spaces include the Palm Room, which can host up to 577 guests, and the Sago Palm Ballroom, up to 400. In addition, the Palm West can host up to 290 guests; the Royal Palm Room up to 190 guests, and for a more intimate event, they have the Lagoon Room which accommodates up to 70 guests.

Services

They offer wedding planning services to ease the stress of planning a wedding; their wedding coordinator is also available on the day of your wedding to make sure that your event runs smoothly. They have on-site accommodation making it convenient for you, your wedding party, and your guests if you are planning a destination wedding. In addition, the resort has a specialized dressing area for the Bride and Groom.

They allow 5 hours of event time in their standard wedding package; this excludes set-up and clean-up time (which is also included in the package). However, more event hours can be booked at an extra fee. In addition, their wedding package includes a ceremony arch, a dance floor, votive candles, a podium and/or stage, security, and a DJ!

Catering

The resort handles catering, including bar services, for all events held at the venue; they are a full-service caterer who provides linens, silverware, glassware, tables, and chairs. So, you don’t have to worry about renting these elsewhere. They also prepare cakes and desserts and have an experienced staff ready to service your wedding and ensure you and your guests are taken care of on your big day.

Edgewater Beach & Gold Resort is a handicap-accessible venue. They can arrange parking for your guest and offer WiFi access. They also have pools, tennis courts, a 3-par golf course, and a fitness center.
