You can customize your wedding in many fun ways. For example, some previous couples have had a beach wedding on the public beach near the estate and hosted their rehearsal dinner at the main venue. It is also very convenient because you can also host your out-of-town guests in the house.
This beautiful luxury beachside venue is right off Scenic Highway 98 and is perfect for large group getaways. The Splash Luxury Home has 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths and can accommodate up to 32 guests; for events, it can host up to 100 guests. It also has parking for 6 vehicles.

The backyard has a private lagoon pool with over 100,000 gallons of water, perfect for underwater fun on sunny days during a summer wedding. It also has a swim-up wet bar with 12 in-pool seats, counter space, a blender, and a mini fridge. It’s a gentle entry pool, so it’s safer than deeper pools and is a perfect space for floating, throwing a ball around, and relaxing. It also has a tiled spa that waterfalls into the pool, an ideal spot for unwinding after a fun-filled day at the beach.
The outdoor area also has an outdoor kitchen and grilling area with a huge gas grill and 2 gas burners, an ice maker and a mini fridge, and a fireplace with a flat-screen TV, perfect for an outdoor event. The Splash also has additional add-ons to increase the comfort of your stay, such as elevator access at an additional fee. This makes moving around the three-story house more convenient and accessible. They also have a pool heating option, which is great if you’re considering having your wedding in the cooler months. Accommodation
The first floor has an en-suite First Guest Bedroom with a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a Second Guest Bedroom with a king bed, and a bunk area with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. The second floor has an en-suite guest bedroom with a king bed, an en-suite Main Bedroom with a king bed, and a Juliet Balcony that overlooks the Lagoon Pool. The third floor has a First Main Bedroom Suite with a King Bed and an attached bathroom. It also has the Second Main Bedroom Suite, which is en-suite and has a king bed. Both bathrooms in these Main Bedrooms have a double vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. In addition, the third floor has an en-suite Guest Bedroom with a king bed, an en-suite Guest Bunk Room with two queen-over-queen beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a bunk area with a twin-over-twin bun bed set. Away from the main house are two guest bedrooms with a bunk area. Despite all the sleeping space, the house does not feel crowded, and there is room for everybody to feel comfortable and unwind.
Entertaining Guest
If you’re planning a wedding week getaway with your closest friends and family, you can rest assured that they will stay entertained. The first floor has a pool table, a foosball table, a wet bar, and a full-sized refrigerator with room for everyone’s favorite foods, drinks, and snacks. The Splash’s first floor is perfect for entertaining guests and an ideal space for hosting your rehearsal dinner or an indoor reception after your beach wedding.
The second floor features two full-sized refrigerators, a full-sized wine cooler, double ovens, 8 burner gas range, 2 dishwashers, an ice maker, and a pantry. There’s plenty of counter space for large groups and 2 dishwashers to make cleanup easier. The kitchen also has an island with eight seats and a half bathroom around the corner. In addition, the venue allows outside catering.
The second floor’s open floor plan leads into the dining and living room. The living comfortably sits eight people and has a built-in fireplace. The large dining room can seat up to 22 guests and has two tables and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico that you and your guests can enjoy at mealtime. In addition, the second floor has a balcony overlooking the pool that seats ten and has an outdoor staircase leading to the pool. Your caterer can use this route to get things from the indoor kitchen to the outdoor kitchen.
